Site Surveys
We're interested in knowing what you, our members, think about our site and all our satellites.  Please take a few minutes and complete the surveys (linked via banner below).  The first one is by far the longest, so please be patient.

Submissions
Please be patient right now with receiving fics back from our Quidditch Assistants.  We've been a bit overwhelmed with submissions and our queue is a bit daunting, to say the least.  If you've received a letter stating your fic was accepted and has been sent to the beta queue, it will be up at The Quidditch Pitch soon.  If you have any questions, please email The Captains.

Quidditch Assistants
That said about our beta queue, we're in need of a few several good Quidditch Assistants.  Take a look at our guidelines, then complete our application.  It is extremely important that you fill out the application completely.  We understand that the job might seem daunting but it is extremely rewarding.  The way our beta application system works is:

  1. Application submitted to The Captains at betaapplications@thequidditchpitch.org.  We will review all application and send out tests.  Please allow up to two weeks for this process.
  2. When our decision is reached, you will either receive an acceptance or rejection letter.
  3. Upon receipt of an acceptance letter, you should email The Captains to inform us that you have accepted the position, after which, you should register for The Quidditch Pitch Forum.
  4. You will be assigned a Quidditch Pitch email address and password.  Your password should not be changed.  This email address is to be used for beta purposes only.
  5. As stories come in and are approved they will be uploaded to the beta queue.  It is important that the queue is checked every couple of days.  There is no maximum number of stories to beta, but we do keep tabs on workload.
We appreciate your interest in becoming a beta for The Quidditch Pitch.

Seeking Artists
Are you an artist?  Would you like to become involved at Phoenix Rising even if you physically can't be there?

The Quidditch Pitch is looking for a few good artists to design cover artwork for some of our Featured Stories of the Year.  We're planning a little something special at Phoenix Rising that would prominently feature both your artwork and the Featured Story.

If you're interested, please contact The Captains at thecaptains@thequidditchpitch.org.

Specifically, cover art is needed is for the following stories:

The only caveat is that all artwork, even for the NC-17 stories, must be of no more than an R rating to be shown at Phoenix Rising, and preferably no higher than PG-13.

Please note that to read the NC-17 stories, you must be a registered member of The Quidditch Pitch.
